We deliver to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands), for delivery to any other locations, please contact us.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 – 5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
Deliveries are to mainland UK mainland addresses only. We do not export or deliver outside of the UK mainland. All deliveries are handled by a specialist carrier.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Once delivered, the goods ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, except in relation to goods that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any carriage.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error or as a substitute. The item should be returned to us in its original condition. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
Our policy on returns does not affect your legal rights.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking Number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
